Mr. Melvin Williams Jr. has extensive experience in multiple areas of business and education, including childcare and preschool health and safety, preschool directing, management, and childcare compliance. He holds a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Arts, an Associate of Arts, and an Associate of Science. Additionally, he is a licensed childcare provider, a Notary Public in the State of Alabama, and a certified ServSafe Manager. Mr. Williams currently serves as the Governance Chairperson for the Gulf Coast Family Center Board of Directors.

Mrs. Sandy Williams is an expert in dietary services and health information technology. She received her Certificate in Medical Billing and Coding in 2006. With years of experience in medical office settings, she also has extensive knowledge of food programs for preschool and high school. Additionally, Mrs. Williams has worked in various roles, including daycare director, infant/toddler teacher, daycare van driver, daycare cook, and aide.

SHEKINAH BENNETT-JOHNSON
Creative Director & Event Planner
Mrs. Shekinah Johnson has a background in pediatric clinic office management as well as early childhood education. She has served as a Youth Program Assistant Director of the Mobile YMCA School-Age Program. She holds an associate's degree in Health Information Technology. Additionally, Mrs. Johnson has experience in the early childhood field, having worked as an infant/toddler teacher and as an assistant director.

Mrs. Kimble Leland has more than 30 years of experience in early childhood education and development. She has held various roles, including childcare teacher, childcare subsidy counselor, and most recently, family advocate and caseworker for a local Head Start program. Mrs. Leland is deeply passionate about children, families, and education.
